Spend your Sunday as a Delray Beach Tourist. We will take you on a chauffeured historical tour of the sights on this memorable Sunday drive.

  • Throughout our trek we'll direct your attention to over 40 historical sites and or buildings.
  • We will visit one of the oldest hotels and a beloved local business called The Original Popcorn House. (Hint: may include free popcorn.)
  • Escape the tourists areas as we ride through historical neighborhoods throughout the city of Delray Beach.
  • Though this tour doesn't include the Delray History Museum we do encourage you to visit Thurs.-Sat., 11am-3pm. Cost is $5.00 per person.

We DO NOT tour in the rain. Please contact us to delay start or reschedule if it is raining.

Restrooms are available at select "hop off" locations.

Sorry no lap riders are allowed on this tour.

Your tour guide will greet you on the Cason Cottage grounds of the Delray Beach Historical Society on 5 NE 1st Street.  You will be chauffeured around town as we ride through the history of Delray Beach.  We will conclude our tour back at the Cason Cottage.  We highly encourage a visit to the Delray History Museum during exhibit hours of 11am-3pm, Thursday through Saturday.  The entrance fee is $5.00 per person.

Escape the tourists areas as our tour guide takes you to historical locations where you will "hop off" & get up close with local history.

Colony Hotel

You will tour this charming 1926 hotel located in the heart of Delray Beach. See the original elevator, tour the historic ballroom, and see the original switchboard plus more.

The Original Popcorn House

Come visit this beloved gourmet popcorn store located in a 1903 historic home. (hint: this may include free popcorn)

Please meet on the grounds of Cason Cottage and the Delray Beach Historical Society, located at 5 NE 1st Street in Delray Beach. You may park in the lot behind Docs or in the Old School Square parking garage located at 180 NE 1st Street. Then please proceed to our meeting location.

What do we do in case of bad weather?

We DO NOT tour in the rain as we are in an open vehicle. Please check the weather prior to booking.  If it is raining prior to your selected tour slot please contact us to discuss alternatives.   We advise you to check the weather forecast prior to booking your tour event.  We will arrange for a tour reschedule in the event of rain.

Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

Yes, advance ticket purchase is required. Events typically sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the date, time, and number of tickets you prefer, please book well in advance.

Are bathrooms available during the tour?

Yes, bathrooms are available during the tour at selected hop off locations.

Are children allowed?

Children 4 and older are allowed on the tour and must be able to ride in a seat with a seat belt on their own without a booster or car seat.  No lap riders are allowed due to safety laws.

Do I need to tip?

Gratuities are greatly appreciated, although not mandatory. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15%-20%. Your five star rating is also a great compliment and highly encouraged.
